  1. The agricultural crop protection drone has encountered a situation where GPS cannot locate for a long time:

  Firstly, calm down and wait, as GPS cold start takes time. If the situation does not improve after waiting for a few minutes, it may be because the GPS antenna is blocked. GPS is interfered by nearby electromagnetic fields. You need to remove the shielding material, stay away from the interference source, and place it in an open area to see if it improves. Another possible reason for this situation could be that the GPS has not been powered on for a long time, the distance between the local location and the last GPS positioning point is too long, or the microwave power switch was turned on before the aircraft positioning. You try to turn off the microwave power switch, turn off the system power, restart the system power at intervals of more than 5 seconds, and wait for positioning. If the location is not determined at this time, it may be a problem with the GPS's own performance, and you need to take it to a professional agricultural crop protection drone maintenance personnel for handling.

  2. The problem of the aircraft deviating too far from the flight path during automatic flight:

  Check if the aircraft is leveled and adjust it to fly directly and maintain altitude without human intervention. Secondly, check the wind direction and strength, as strong winds can also cause such malfunctions, and choose to take off the drone when the wind is weak. Furthermore, check if the balance meter is placed in the appropriate position, switch the aircraft to manual flight mode, and set the balance meter to the appropriate position.

  3. After the control power of the agricultural crop protection drone is turned on, the ground station cannot receive data from the drone:

  Check if the connection connector is loose or not connected, if the link button of the ground station has been clicked, if the serial port is set correctly, if the serial port baud rate is set correctly, if the data transmission channel between the ground station and the aircraft is set to be consistent, and if the GPS data on the aircraft is sent to the flight control. If there is a problem in any link, communication cannot be established. After checking for accuracy, reconnect. If the connection still cannot be made after checking without error, restarting the ground station computer and aircraft system power supply can generally connect to communication.

  4. Battery short circuit:

  This situation often occurs during the maintenance and transportation of crop protection machines with battery ports. Short circuits can directly cause the battery to ignite or the multi rotor crop protection machine to catch fire and explode. When it is found that the battery has broken after a period of use and needs to be re soldered, special attention should be paid to not touching the positive and negative poles of the battery with the soldering iron at the same time. In addition, during the transportation of multi rotor crop protection machine batteries, a better method is to individually wrap each battery in a self sealing bag and place it in an explosion-proof box to prevent the positive and negative poles of a certain battery from short circuiting or breaking due to bumps and collisions with other conductive substances during transportation.
