The 2023 Hunan Province High Quality Farmers Cultivation Jishou City Planting and Breeding Expert Training Course has been successfully launched

To accelerate the construction of a high-quality farmer education and training system, cultivate high-quality farmers, and assist in rural revitalization. On October 12th, the 2023 Hunan Province High Quality Farmers Cultivation Jishou City Planting and Breeding Expert Training Course, hosted by the Jishou Agriculture and Rural Bureau and undertaken by Hunan Jingfei Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., was successfully launched. 70 students from 11 townships and streets in the city participated in the training. Cheng Hongbo, Deputy Director of the Agriculture and Rural Bureau of Jishou City, and Xu Dong, Deputy General Manager of Hunan Jingfei Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., attended the opening ceremony.

　　At the opening ceremony, Cheng Hongbo gave a mobilization speech, emphasizing the importance of training discipline and training, interpreting the work of high-quality farmer training, and hoping that the trainees would cherish this learning opportunity, learn more, ask more questions, and think more, become high-quality farmers with professional skills, and contribute to the agricultural and rural economic construction of Jishou City.

　　This training lasts for 5 days and adopts centralized teaching, observation teaching and other methods. It mainly focuses on rapeseed planting, rice planting, green prevention and control of rapeseed and rice, brand promotion of agricultural products, live streaming skills and other content. There are 19 theoretical hours and 37 practical hours, totaling 56 hours.

　　Through this training and exchange, the practical operational level of the trainees has been improved, and they have transformed their traditional planting concepts and developed modern operational skills. At the same time, it has also cultivated a high-quality farmer team with strong demonstration and driving effects for family farms, large-scale farmers, and farmer professional cooperatives within the scope of Jishou City, promoting industrial upgrading and comprehensively promoting rural revitalization in Jishou City.
