Changsha County Beidou+UAV Digital Agriculture Composite Talent Special Training Course Successfully Opened

　　To accelerate the construction of a high-quality farmer education and training system, cultivate high-quality farmers, and assist in rural revitalization. On October 20th, the special training course for Beidou+UAV digital agriculture composite talents in Changsha County was successfully launched, with 70 students from the entire county participating in the training. Peng Tiezhu, Deputy Director of the Agricultural Development Management Department of Changsha County Agriculture and Rural Bureau, Hu Gan, Director of the Agricultural Machinery Management Department of Changsha County Agriculture and Rural Bureau, Xu Dong, Deputy General Manager of Hunan Jingfei Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., Peng Dan, Deputy General Manager, and Wu Aiming, Teaching Director, attended the opening ceremony.

　　Under the leadership of Director Hu Gan, Deputy Director Peng Tiezhu gave a mobilization speech, elaborating that the Agriculture and Rural Bureau, based on the actual needs of the county and through preliminary investigation and understanding, chose Hunan Jingfei Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., a provincial-level training unit with certification and training qualifications, to cooperate and jointly create the precedent of one training and two certifications. In the training process, focusing on the actual needs of farmers, the core is to obtain the certificate of agricultural drone pilot and AOPA qualification certificate (aerial pilot certificate), effectively solving the problem of licensed agricultural drone flying in this county.

　　This training lasts for 5 days and adopts centralized teaching, observation teaching and other methods. It mainly focuses on teaching about the pilot certificate and AOPA qualification certificate of crop protection unmanned aerial vehicles. The training includes an overview of unmanned aerial vehicles, unmanned aerial vehicle systems and structures, unmanned aerial vehicle simulation flight, theoretical learning and practical operation of unmanned aerial vehicle certification, explanation and use of the Beidou+unmanned aerial vehicle digital agriculture platform, and flight competitions. Among them, there are 19 hours of theory and 37 hours of practical operation, totaling 56 hours.

　　This training is hosted by Changsha County Agriculture and Rural Bureau and organized by Hunan Jingfei Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. We will cultivate a new main force of agricultural machinery for family farms, large-scale farmers, and farmer professional cooperatives within Changsha County, drive industrial upgrading, and comprehensively promote rural revitalization in Changsha County.
